Through my consulting and counseling, I work with individuals to help them understand the nutritive value of foods and proper dietary practices.
I love coming up with innovative recipes that substitute unhealthy ingredients with healthy alternatives. Some of my highly appreciated recipes have been Oat Cutlet and Jowar Cookies.
